Playing season comes to a close

The playing season is over for another year , but with some great memories..................
U10's ...... Alf and his gang reaching the quarter final of the cup putting it up against the biggest in the league
U12's ........ Brian always puts alot of work into his lads with change to the bigger league.....had a tough time in the league but had some grat wins
U14's ....... Well first year in management for Shane but good assistance from David they got to finish second in the league having to beat the league winners in the last game
U16's.......Having forced a play-off in the league , they were unlucky to loose in the final. Some great players. Well done to Mike AND Jer and thier team
Youths.....Beaten in the league cup final on a day they didn't perform........reaching the final having beaten the league winners on penalties. Another great day was defeating Abbeyfeale in the first round of the Desmond youths cup. Well done Dennis and Mike
Seniors......Not the best year in getting results together but played some good soccer and getting younger lads making their debuts. Some great goals including Noel Kelly's overhead and Gavin O'Donnell's volley against Granagh. There was many more great goals and I'm sure I will here about them at the awards night.
